Investigation began after an observation of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The hackers are accused for illegal  accessing an informatic system, fraudulent financial operations and money laundering. It seems that with some good skills in IT or with the help of some viruses, the hackers have done big damages to the pharmaceutical companies. Unknown sources tell that losses caused by this fraud are approximately $800.000

Romanian police said that the hacker was caught with the help of the american ITs. The hacker has a MBA in the finance banks field. First time he entered the US security system of the department of defense  was in 2006. He has succeded to gain access to the servers with a custom trojan. The hacker was hard to find because he used japanese servers between him and the Pentagon servers. All the time he was very precautious and for this reason he deleted all the access logs.

All this time, the hacker made damages of $35,000, but the military information stored on the servers could have been extremely dangerous in wrong hands. The hacker is now in jail and he will be judged for his actions.
