I have went onto Craigslist ant found a 2008 Nissan Maxima for $3500, 2008 Acura TL $3800, and a 2007 Nissan Altima 2.5sl $4500. When I inquired about these cars Everyone replied back with almost the same answer:

The car is still available and the price for 2008 Acura TL Type-S is $3,800. This Acura currently has 9,500 miles and is still under warranty until 2012 or 100,000 miles. It's carbon bronze with white leather interior, 3.5ltr V6 286 HP engine with 5-speed automatic sequential shifter and paddle shifters, GPS, navigation, back up camera, bluetooth, satellite radio, heated seats front, park distance sensors, premium sounds system, in dash 6 CD changer, power seats, power windows, luxury package, finer quality leather seating, adaptive lighting systems.
The car is paid off and has a clear title, no lien, never been in an accident. It's being sold to pay for an investment and the low price is for a fast deal. I worked for Acura and had access to the Acura Employee Store. I bought the car for a very low price and that's why I can sell it now so cheap.

Doll – I got exactly the same response about a Honda Accord, but I had inquired about an Accura TL! So he got confused about what email to cut and past this time!
So my question to everyone is, how does the scam work? If he sells through eBay Motors, there is a level of protection there. So what is he gaining by this? I would love to know if anyone has figured it out.

George ebay purchase protection works only on transactions with ebay. The scammers will send fake invoice from ebay and if the buyer respects the instruction he will send the money to a "ebay agent". The money are picked up after and you have been scammed. So research first!

U.S. Army Garrison Asked for a Phone Number so a friend call call and setup a time to look at the car and make a Yes or No answer to purchase. I was informed that.
I`m sorry but I only have access to a government computer here so we have to make this via mail,if that is not a problem.
I let him know that my friend is on the Honolulu Police Department he's a Detective here. Some reason no answer back.
